fighting doubt and fear

QUESTION: I know God is my only hope, but I can’t get free from chains of doubt and fear, and I feel like a useless blob of nothing. What do I do?

ANSWER: You’re doing the right thing by continuing to hope in God.

And the fact that you recognize your stumbling blocks is praiseworthy as well.

Here are a few practical suggestions that I pray will help. First, keep memorizing verses of Scripture.
